the colours. oh and sth about the surface of the water... not quite sure... is the smoothness real? and the reflections?
obviously it would be easier to say if i could see the original.
on the other hand, i've been in croatia by the sea and i know the colours can be extreme... you live in a beautiful country. i hope the wounds are healing.

edit: the previous comment says it actually... what's an ND filter?

On this one and on the other ones that you commented I used a ND filter.
It is a piece of dark glass that is fixed in front of the camera lenses.
With this glass I'm able to shot one scene for 15-30-60 seconds. That is how I get the sea to be so smooth

Without that glass I would have speed of the shutter 1/30 of a second, and with ND filter I get 30 seconds.
I did use some photoshop for the colors and other things, that filter also puts some different colors in the scene.

oh, i see. i'm only thinking in computers, but you're using "real" filters... that's why the clouds are so blurry, too. and the ships aren't moving at all.
